Late claim for SEISS5

I was able to claim SEISS4 as my first claim for the grant due to being newly self employed.
I was unable to claim SEISS5. In August 2021 I received correspondence from HMRC asking to confirm identify. I was told at the time that if the query passed the cut off date for claiming SEISS5, I would still be able to claim.
Only last week I received a letter from Hmrc confirming my identity had been confirmed and their queries were complete. However no mention about claiming SEISS5.
Can I claim this now that my query has been resolved? Anyone 3else experienced anything similar?

Here is an excerpt from advice to tax agents dated 15 December 2021:
Late claims and reviews of SEISS applications
We will not usually accept an application after the claims period has closed but will consider exceptional circumstances (for example if we’ve made an error impacting a client’s ability to claim).
If you have a client who believes we made an error regarding their eligibility to claim or the amount of their grant, we appreciate your support in checking this against the claim rules. If you then agree that there may have been an error, your client can contact us for a review either using our webchat service or calling our helpline on Telephone: 0800 024 1222.
Customers asking for a review must tell us what they think has gone wrong and provide evidence where necessary.
Please note: Clients should not submit more than one request unless they’ve new evidence to add.
