CCJ Set Aside Hearing due – claimant One Parking Solution via DCB Legal Ltd

No costs from this hearing, despite submiting an n260 costs breakdown in advance. I had thought that the n260 was what prompted the claimant to pay for an advocate from London at whatever expense.Yes OPS paid me back for the CCJ set-aside fee in February.4

Well that's the main thing.
I'm firmly of the view that an issue fee should always be greater than an application fee. We might see fewer spurious cases and more care on issue, too.
Sadly the Lord Chancellor and/or HMCTS disagree.1 -
WELL DONE ...... Just another DCBL FAILURE ...... the mind boggles with these rubbish cases1

Is there an outlet for information, discovered in the process of forming a defence, that would trouble this ppc?I have tried reaching out to CM via a gofundme page that was set up to help another victim of this claimant. That route might be too old?It was a great disappointment in the hearing that none of my higher level defence was called on. Had it been aired, there would have been repercussions for the claimant.I had too many sleepless nights to simply let it go.I'm not trying to be mysterious but clearly do not want to make anything obvious to the ppc on a public forum.0

No..just move on but do the public consulation in due course1

I got your message mike58 but I get lots vis that webpage, and struggle to respond. Sorry!
I also rarely reply to private messages here. Let's just say I am busy off-forum this month with something parking related, as you might imagine. There is obviously work going on behind the scenes to do with the upcoming Impact Assessment (that is well known, no secret). I concentrate on that right now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
