Hi All,
I left Bulb in May 2020, they paid me a £5.30 credit on 14/6/20... all done and dusted I thought.
Then on 13th December 2021 I received the following from Bulb:
Final Electricity Bill
For Period 1/4/2020 to 10/5/2020
Your bill has been corrected as we have received more accurate info about your usage. We've refunded the previous impacted bills, listed below as credit notes, and re-calculated the correct cost of your energy for the full period.
It seems very weird after all this time that they want to chase me for less that £5... there is a press here and pay now button, I'm not pressing
Thoughts?
Thanks

Impossible for anyone to answer unless you post the full details (personal details redacted)0

assuming the query is whether its a scam link rather than querying whether the amount is owed..
Without seeing the actual link, its difficult to tell if its a dodgy one.
Maybe call them on 0300 303 0365 to see if you can pay over the phone - or ask them to confirm the amount using their online chat https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new
I suspect any energy company selling their wares at less than cost price will welcome every pound they can get their hands on1 -

Hi @bristolleedsfan - thanks for this. Are there other examples in the Forum you could link to?
