Virgin Money how long to clear a deposit?

Mistakenly sent £250 to my matured last month, but still open as an account Coach RS on 1st Jan and expected the £250 to have been available to transfer out today once it ‘cleared’. As of 6pm it is still not cleared!? Shows as ‘available’ but also as uncleared funds under that tab with last cleared £250 on 1st December 2021.

No they are not.
Call them tomorrow as my transfers always show as available within a few minutes.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
It can sometimes take a few hours. You mentioned that there was a mistake. If some of the details are incorrect and the transaction needs to be handled manually, there will be delays.1

£250 deposited on 1st finally became cleared funds late on the 4th, same with funding in my new Virgin Coach account. Funds were registered as ‘available’ on 1st January but weren’t.
Transferred out and old account closed and payee deleted which I should have done last month upon maturity. Will be more careful next time.0
