Thats what we thought. Will keep persevering with Bulb and send evidence of the completion date. Bulb are asking for proof of the value of the house for some reason? Are we stuck with Bulb until the debt is settled?0

Yes, they could block a switch if a debt is outstanding. In all honestly its pointless switching at the moment given the state of the energy market, and many companies aren't actively allowing them (rightly or wrongly)saverupnorth said:Thats what we thought. Presumably the house was not left unheated, so it wasn't just the fridge and the security lights?1

A quick update. I think it's sorted. Bulb now believe when we moved in and are billing from then. Presumably they are chasing the previous owners. We still can't move supplier but tbh, with everything else we have to sort out, changing supplier is the last thing on our minds...3
