When was it granted, last July? If it was granted in July last year there is no way you would not have received it by now so I would query that with the solicitor as a matter of urgency.

I am certain, based on the information above, that she is not entitled to anything, however your solicitor will be able to confirm.
The petition went in July for the Decree nisi. I was told its granted in sep 21. Then I still didn't receive the nisi, chased it up and was told it was granted by a judge in Dec 21. But still to date the decree nisi hasnt been received or issued. My solicitor and myself have rang and emailed countless times but no one can seem to sort this mess out. We even made complaints but no answer.
Don't know what to do next... the service from burys st edmunds court is appaling.
You won't be free until the decree absolute has been issued, either. That's the next step after the decree nisi. It IS a bit of a performance to disentangle yourself. Your solicitor will probably have told you that though.

As Scotch_Bonnet_ says, courts are slow - because they haven't been open because of yes, you guessed it, coronavirus. And also there's a lot for them to catch up with. Because of the nature of their work, most of their staff cannot work from home.

Your ex won't be entitled to anything. I wasn't personally entitled to anything, after a marriage lasting 17 years. The only reason I did receive something was because we had a small child who lived with me. You don't have any children. As I said before, she can claim for anything she likes but it's very doubtful that she will receive it. Unless you signed some kind of legal agreement before you were married.

I made a pledge to never marry again. I haven't. My ex is now on his fourth marriage. Some folk never learn. . .
