Hi just to let everyone know so pleased sent for statement for credit card charges one week ago go letter back they have calculated all my charges for seven years and sent a settlement letter without any hassle at all delighted with result thank to martin and his wonderful letter. I also got my bank charges back with a bit more hassle but made it,:j good luck to you all it is worth a letter.
