TUI Flight Delay Compensation Form Problems

The online TUI flight delay compensation form appears to be deactivated and is preventing me from submitting a claim. I have tried various browsers on my PC and Smart Phone with no success. Has anyone else encountered similar problems and could you advise a workable solution. General contact with TUI has been extremely difficult.

do you mean you get an error when trying to submit or that you cannot load the form?
