I just had new windows and doors installed on 23 November, since having them, we have had nothing but issues with installation, fitting , mould , ill fitting frames, leaks , glass pane etc. I am in the process of complaining but I would like to know from fellow customers who have had issues can you please let me know how you complained, what other sites you used and companies ie Resolver etc

emma . welcome . you should not have mould within 6 weeks of any installation . More info would be good . Pics if you can also . If they are badly fitted and / or mis measured that could explain the leaks . glass pane ? is that leaking too . could be drainage . really doesnt sound good . Firstly make your complaint and strongly worded issue to the company without delay and make sure you keep a copy of everything and write any conversation down .

Anglian home improvments do not have a good name and are one of a bad bunch of "large" double glazing firms around that do not give one hoot once you have paid . Hope I'm wrong but too many stories within the trade about them . Ive been installing DG almost 40 years
