My anniversary date is up next month and I haven't heard anything from them about whether or not they will be charging me the £20 annual fee. I understood they had to give some notice in order that I would have the option to cancel the card before having to pay the fee.
Does anyone know anything about this, or have you just been charged without being asked?
As cashback cards are so thin on the ground at the moment, I am not looking to cancel it, but don't really want to pay a fee!!
Thanks.

Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time

If you have one of their "Classic" cards (usually black in colour), there's a £20 annual fee.
Regarding the cashback, it is no longer sent out automatically on the anniversary date. You can redeem it yourself any time (minimum £15, and then in £15 increments) by calling their customer service line.0
