Study Abroad Insurance

I cannot find 'Study Abroad' insurance anymore (took it out in 2017 when studying in Greece on the Erasmus programme) - now only options are single trip, extended stay or Backpackers insurance. Which should I take to study in Sweden for 4 months? Helpful advice needed. Thank you

According to money.co.uk "Backpacker cover will cover you for longer trips. It’s ideal for people doing a gap year or can be a good type of travel insurance for students studying abroad or working abroad."
