Fridge is filling up with 'bits' again: tonight we intend to finish up last night's chicken chasseur and I'll add some chopped up baked potato that otherwise will get left because it doesn't look appealing. I noticed an escaped potato in the cupboard too (there's a place they can hide behind a sliding door) so that will help thicken the sauce and fill us up.
Somewhere I have a recipe from a friend for a spicy squash meal which I need to look out as Dh liked it very much and I'm determined to get him eating squash and sweet potatoes!I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
