Out: 4 chicken portions, 1 chunk of bacon.
    In: 0

Fridge is filling up with 'bits' again: tonight we intend to finish up last night's chicken chasseur and I'll add some chopped up baked potato that otherwise will get left because it doesn't look appealing. I noticed an escaped potato in the cupboard too (there's a place they can hide behind a sliding door) so that will help thicken the sauce and fill us up.

Somewhere I have a recipe from a friend for a spicy squash meal which I need to look out as Dh liked it very much and I'm determined to get him eating squash and sweet potatoes!

@Cherryfudge i've got some leftover butternut squash sauce (puree with oomph) going to attempt to use in a butternut loaf. It gets mixed spice, so a sweet loaf, sounds interesting.
Out: last of the frozen blueberries. Been languising in back of freezer for like 3years?! Made a blueberry traybake for neighbour and her daughter who look after our pets (and us when needed) as a thank you.
6fillets of salmon for dinner tomorrow, driving up to northimberland to spend weekend with family.
Pack bucatini (salmon dinner), tins, crisps, nuts, hm pear slices, etc all for the weekend.
     M0rris0ns whole salmon £6.99/kg!

I got loads of apples from L1dl and 0ddb0x and want to freeze for pies. Got some ready rolled pastry for turnovers too. Yum!

@carinjo, I googled for spiced butternut loaf and found a quite a few recipes, including what looks like one with a drizzle of icing! I'd imagine it's quite dense/moist, is it? I'm wondering if I can get pumpkin spice round here...

    Freezer Tetris.
I have started using the individually frozen eggs. I put 2 dozen away in case the young hens don’t lay over Winter.

I froze eggs for the first time last month but I lightly whipped them then put them en masse into ice cube freezer bags, so they are by weight not individuality. I'm just interested in how you stored yours separately, Nelliegrace, and how you are finding them now you come to use them.

Hehe, i used all spice. Took the loaf with us to family weekend, everyone from the kids to my brother-in-law who is a chef, absolutely demolished it. Yes it is quite dense, heats up well in microwave, goes well with custard. would imagine it will freeze well as slices.
Out: leftover roast chicken pieces, pasta, sweetcorn for lunch and dinner. leg of lamb for sunday.
Got discounted veg from A1d1, 19p a bag, will go with sunday, rest into freezer.
Would also like to share the pistachio cheesecake i done for ms C and nephew combined birthday dinner.
