The all new using what you have from your Freezer, Cupboard or Shed (Barn)

Hello everyone - I was up early this morning to try and get some jobs done but it’s far too warm to do much now, I’m flagging in the heat. I have started to reorganise the tall upright freezer, and have been ruthlessly throwing out things that just won’t get used (eg individual bread rolls which have been there for over a year, and which I know will be dry and unpleasant now).

The good news was that I found a box of cornettos (well, three quarters of a box now 😆) and a leg of lamb which was heavily yellow stickered after Christmas which I plan to defrost and roast next weekend.

My resolution for June is (once again) to ensure I label things before they go into the freezer. I think I’ll remember what they are but really I won’t, and everything looks so similar 😆
