IGLOO move prior to collapse

I was in the middle of a move from Igloo to EDF when they collapse, I had a mail telling me the final bill and how much I was in credit (£277.47) not long after that I was told that my balance would be paid to me now showing £247 not sure how that had changed.
I was also told that my Igloo account had gone to Eon next, I have contacted Eon next a number of times and been told several different things as when and how my money would be returned. I also contacted EDF they say they have no credit made to them on my transfer. This process started 24-09-21, I have even tried to get hold of the administrators but not joy.
Please could I get some help.
Thanks Nick
