Nationwide delays back for 2022?

I'm still waiting for an international (EU) payment into my account sent on 23rd Dec. I notice that there's a message on the Nationwide site this morning (after you log in) to say that all incoming and outgoing payments are delayed at the moment.

    Sadly since the 21st Dec 2021 through to today (4th Jan 2022), Nationwide had had issues with inbound and/or outbound payments 4 times! No idea what is happening with them of late!

    I've only been affected today - can I ask how long the previous outages lasted for?    Thanks.....

    Well in December I was sent money from Hungary on 16 Dec which bounced back to the sender's account on 22nd Dec without registering in my account. Now I'm waiting for a payment from Hungary that was sent on 23rd December and still hasn't arrived.
    But my wife was sent money from India 2 days ago and it already hit her Nationwide account.
