hi, I’m trying to setup a direct debit for my mum but I can’t contact them by phone and when I try to register it says I can’t because the account number begins with an ‘a’. So I can’t contact them by phone, they won’t respond to an email and I can’t even register an account.

I’ve tried on their website but because the account number starts with ‘A’ it redirects me to eon next where I try and sign In for the first time and says enter the email address linked to the account, but there has never been an email address on it as my mum doesn’t even have internet and when I enter my email address it doesn’t do anything and I never get a reply0
