Faulty dishwasher what are my rights?

I bought a Bosch dishwasher from John Lewis, it was installed by them on 18/12, I used it 3 times before it stopped working. I rang John Lewis on 22/12 who arranged an installation check on 29/12, they agreed it was faulty and said customer service would send me a new one. I was contacted by their technical team who said I now have to arrange and wait for Bosch to come out and see if they can fix it - earliest they can do is 14/1. Surely I shouldn’t be left without a dishwasher for what will be over a month? Can anyone advise if there’s anything else I can do?

As it has failed within 30 days you can reject it for a full refund. If you'd rather have a replacement then let them know.

Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)1 -
Reject it and buy another, or hand-wash dishes for a fortnight.0
