    Are you sure P0130/P0139 is the lambda heater?    My tool says slow response. 

    These could easily be defended due to the initial battery failure. You need some good professional advice before going further.

    it was actually the whole dashboard. the dashboard rattles loose, there was a screwdriver left in the engine bay and there were numerous bolts left in the footwell which we dont actually know where they go
    The bolts may not go anywhere. It's possible that they were replaced when whatever work was done on the car and the old bolts were left in the car. As per previous question what was actually wrong with the car? You don't remove the dash to replace a battery.
    Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

    Has the OP said what the car/condition/age of vehicle was etc yet?

    From the price and the make/model its probably something like 10 or 12 years old.
