Stamp duty clarification

Am separating from my husband and plan to sell my original home (which I let for 6 out of 17 years of ownership so appreciate some CGT Will be due). However when I buy a new home to move to will I have to pay the 3% stamp duty. As I will have been living with husband in our main residence for 7 years (though I am not joint owner - we kept our property financial assets separate - him a widow and me divorced) . Any timing issues relevant? Thank you.

(a) you have completed the sale of your original home and
(b) are separated from your husband in circumstances likely to be permanent
then I would not expect the extra 3% SDLT to apply.
