Santander All in One Credit- Processing times

Hey!

Has anyone recently applied to the All in One credit card? I wanted to ask how long it took for a decision to come? Normally I had decisions straight away but for this, I got an email saying they will be in touch soon? I applied today (bank holiday) so would this impact it?

Yes as its a bank holiday, it sounds like you've been refereed and the underwriting team will be taking a closer look into your application when they are back in the office as they probably don't work on bank holidays.

The fact that you received an email telling you that they will get back to you soon, means exactly that!!

Perhaps it's going to VAR for a decision

My Santander CC was visible in online banking immediately after application, but I was already a customer (current account).

Still had to wait for a physical card to arrive in order to activate it.

Sometimes it's all automatic, even if it's weekend or bank holiday.
I opened my second Lloyds current account on the 1st January 22 and it was ready to use immediately, but on my credit files it's showing as opened on the 4th Jan, which was just after the bank holiday.
