I paid for 3 year update back in march, but have had no luck updating or registering as it does not like my vita 64bit computer, dispite many e-mails I got no help. Updates are class as unused. Have I simply lost my money.

It seems the update software is not currently linked to on the site. Apparently they are having some sort of problems with it but haven't given up. Here's the links if they still work.

As for the problem with 64 bit, afaik Novus now handles warranty and support. There is a phone number on their site and apparently they are quicker to answer calls than e-mails. The talex site is now dead.
