Following a similar previous thread, I took a look at part of my own flat roof. Bear in mind its all of 5 months old, I'd be interested in your opinions:

My opinion is that all flat roofs leak eventually.

What type of covering is this. Felt, EDPM, butyl rubber?0

I'm no flat roof expert* but the join near your roof light would concern me. I have a similar setup and the join is virtually seamless.*I have had a flat roof on my extension for the last 6 years with no issues.{Signature removed by Forum Team}1
