Probate Query - divorced but reconciled

My dad sadly passed away last month.
My mum and him were divorced however in recent years had reconciled. They lived with each other some of the time, went on holidays together etc. 

Is she entitled to any of his pensions?

I am not a probate expert, but unless she is specifically listed on any pension documents, probably not, I know definitely not for the state pension, although she may have an uplift in other state pension benefits/access to welfare benefits she did not before based on income/savings and completely outside advice I can give on a forum, especially with the details given.

What sort of pension are we talking about? Their pensions may have been split as part of the financial settlement when they were divorced, if that was the case she should already have received a share of it.
