anyone who is still smoking cigarettes and looking to quit, definitely try an e-cig or a vape. Every day you smoke has a huge impact on the quality of life down the track. My stepfather is in hospital for the 5th time this year because of COPD and smoking until he was in his 70s.... I used to smoke 2 packs a day but haven't touched one in over 12 years thanks to ecigs0
