Chrome/desktop - tried 2 games of Alu (and just tried another 2) for nothing, 2 of wordsearch and 2 of 2048 and got nothing, scored at least a point on each and waiting 30 seconds between games - Games were the one thing they hadn't cut back on in recent years while just about every other reward amount was reduced and/or required more effort to get or was simply removed.

Yup like yourself I can't get a point at all on Alu which is the only one I bothered with as was quick and easy for the 10 SBs previously .
To add insult to injury 190 SBs second target fair enough but 117 SBs first target on a weekend ... no thanks !

When it comes to shop and earn, what browses do people use? I always activate cash back but most of the time it never appears in my activity ledger and I always end up submitting a ticket...

I use TCB or Quidco if they are available and for them and the rare occasion I use swagbucks it's always Chrome

For the last 3 days I have played the wordsearch game and been awarded the 2 x 5sb.  Played twice in google chrome on laptop (not incognito or private) and today I tried Firefox and that worked as well.

I have never failed to score from the new Wordsearch game - but I enjoy it, and always play each game to the end.  That may perhaps make a difference.

I can't get them to work for me either, no matter what I try. I'm almost at 300 SB's so when I reach that I'll get the £3 Amzon voucher - unless they increase the price again. Then it's going to be good bye to Swagbucks

I got 2x5 yesterday but nothing today. I'm also thinking it's time to ditch SB.

I've said it before and not quit as it's become fairly habitual but I'm getting tired of the constant reduction in earnings even for the minimal amount I do.  It's also irritating how much simply doesn't work, and every time something is changed it's riddled with bugs and errors.

I can't remember the last time that I did not reach my first daily goal, and reach the second one at least half the days in a month, sometimes exceeding it by a hundred or two courtesy of Userzoom surveys.  But I was nowhere near the first goal either yesterday or today.  There have been hardly any Gold surveys, and those there were didn't want me;  same for the CPX surveys;  Theorem Reach has been saying that somebody ate all the surveys for three or four days now;  and I was banned without explanation from Peanuts surveys a year or more ago.  Even Hideout has started saying "Unfortunately this device or IP is ineligible for rewards", and a ticket asking why has been ignored.  It's not so much a matter of my giving up Swagbucks, as of Swagbucks clearly no longer wanting me.  And I find that I am not at all bothered about it.  Sure, I shall have fewer Amazon vouchers;  but I shall have an awful lot more time to get other things done.
