The Safari Team Challenge begins Monday, September 12th at 4pm BST and ends on Monday, September 19th at 7:59AM BST.  All members who participate and contribute at least 500 points to their team’s total will receive a SB bonus in the form of a SB Swag Up Rebate! Trying to do the Swago challenge, for 25SB.  But the square with the request to find the Co-op food shop at the Swagbucks shop.

But the link is broken.  I searched online & got another link but that only took me to the Swagbucks shop homepage.

I can't even get the 10SB because none of the products/retailers mix are relevant for me, either the retailer selling the product is one I don't go to (or have one within walking distance) or the products for Sainsbury's or Ocado aren't ones I would buy.

Where do I raise a ticket?  I know it's small beans but would have been nice if they had tested the app beforehand!!

The link from the Co-op square seems to have broken since the Swago started;  I had no problem in ticking it off on the first day, but certainly it fails now.

To raise a ticket about this, go to your Activity ledger, and you should see at the top a section headed "Need Help About a Recent Activity?"  Follow the "Is an activity completely missing from this page? Click Here" link in this section, and work through the pop-up windows, selecting Swago when relevant.  They don't make it straightforward!  When they ask for the amount of the missing credit, enter 25SB;  and attach a screenshot of the "Page Not Found" page you get from the Co-op square, making sure it includes the URL https://www.swagbucks.com/g/shopredir?merchant=34306&page=131 to identify the merchant.

It appears for example that Amazon/Tesco/Mastercard are based on 600SBs per £5 with eg £5 for 600 , £10 for 1200 , £25 for 3000 Sbs.

Paypal as usual a bit more costly than gift cards as such .
