    If you click on your profile you should be able to see Swagups and benefits, the MSE promo offer was always in that list until I activated it.

    I just hit 1001 SB a few minutes ago and if i just click on the "Earn SB Now" it just takes me to another page. Should i just be patiant?
    It should just automatically do it. 

    I think it updated the next day on mine so when I logged in the day after my SB had changed from 1000SB to 3000B.
    Still nothing  :'(

    Now i have a new problem. I cannot cash in any of my points because every time they send a code to my mobile i never get the SMS. I've put in a ticket in the help section and verify my identity at their request. But i don't know how long it will take for them to resolve my issue

    Somewhere in the previous 218 pages I think this is mentioned (I'm not looking) - is the mobile number set up with the international 44 prefix instead of the first "0"

    Yes, when i was setting up the number, it had a 44 at the beginning so i just put my number without the first 0 as you usually would.

    I see no way of redoing this in the settings

    In 2010 when I joined they would send a postcard with a code and having entered that they have never asked again.

    I just got an email that they have resolved it, I haven't tested it yet but will do and let you guys know

    I have just glanced at my Swago, and discovered that the Magic Receipts square is marked off, even though all I have uploaded is a grocery receipt through the Answer app. So it is now worth while my completing the whole board!  Just thought I would give a heads-up to anybody else who very rarely finds things they want to buy at their chosen shops in the Magic Receipts list.

    Is anyone else having a problem submitting a ticket to customer care? I have filled in all the details but when I click Submit, nothing happens.
