I think this depends on your ISP and isn't as common these days to be assigned a new IP just from unplugging the router. YMMV.

Counted search win Captchas this morning, 14. 
I missed 18sb earlier this week, although did 50+ seaches (in Greece on holiday, had to learn to turn off wifi) Will I get it next couple of days or have I blown it? Would rather not bother than chase measly bonus?

There are six Bills issued over the course of seven days - so some of them have to get repeated.  My first one this morning was a 24 (my third), but I had to slog away at it to get the 9 this afternoon and complete my set.  So I reckon any of them can turn up at any time between now and 8am on Monday ... although of course I could be wrong.  It has been known.  (What they will probably do, however, is make sure that the very last one is a 4, so that the carryover on Tuesday will be a 4 also, rather than anything higher.)

Got a 9SB earlier, still missing the 18 SB one to complete the set. Hope it still turns up today/tomorrow

Got 9 on my first search just now still no captchas, the 18 was about on the 16th (afternoon to next day) maybe repeated
