Since the new update on the forum here has anyone stopped getting notifications?

I never get the codes any more, I'm still ticking it as a favourite.

Yes, I've just come on to ask the same question as haven't had emails from the codes thread in a few days

I'm not getting any email notifications either.  Am still getting the notifications next to the bell icon on the MSE site though.

Yes, it's been mentioned in the thread for feedback following the forum "upgrade", and according to MSE staff they're working on it with their software suppliers.

Is anyone having a problem with submitting tickets to customer care? I have filled in all the details for a missing shop that has not awarded me my swagbucks but when I click the submit button, nothing happens and the message does not send.
