Yes, I got that yesterday.  The phone number is apparently only used to send an OTP for the sign-up, not for any other purpose.

I had it too, I couldn't get into my account and had to register again using a different e-mail address.  Molly is right, one I got in the phone number was used for verification.  All back to normal now.

Yes, me. Last Thursday the 19th I cashed in for a £10 Paypal and still waiting for it to arrive.

If you try and redeem via Paypal, you get the following message "We are currently experiencing delays in processing PayPal payments. We are actively working with PayPal to expedite the delivery of redemptions. If you have an existing PayPal payment pending and would like to request a refund to select a different reward with quicker delivery, please contact us."
