Eon next cleared out my credit

Just submitted a meter reading to find my £600 balance has turned into a £130 debt. I'm from Symbio and not even had an Eon bill yet. Anyone else had this?

E.oN Next is now using the Octopus Energy technology/billing platform known as Kraken. It has always been the case on my Octopus Energy account that charges are deducted from the credit balance before the PDF statement arrives. After 4 years, it just seems normal.
