Holiday insurance

Hi All, we have a once in a lifetime holiday booked to disney world, for 10 people, is there an insurance policy that would cover cancellation for all ten, if only one person catches covid and can’t travel?

you should look at quotes for group policies and check the terms of policies offered

You can try, but my guess would be that if it exists the policy would cost roughly the same as the holiday as for an insurer the risk would be far too high.

From LV's group policy

"You’re covered if you or a travelling companion are diagnosed with COVID-19, and can’t travel

because you’re unwell or because you specifically have been ordered to quarantine."

Obviously the devil is in the detail as to what diagnosed means. I would guess a PCR test rather than a DIY LFT
