IF THEY DID THEIR JOB PROPERLY ?The BPA are doing their job just fine as it is - looking after the interests of their members .One way of looking at it is that the vehicle was not parked, but waiting to use, then use the onsite facilities.What was in the complaint to the motorway service area?From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"1
