Looks like a Photinia of some description. I need something similar but I don't have the luxury of that width.
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Cherry laurel grows much more quickly that the photonia (I have both in the same hedge which is a nice effect though!). You can buy large plants for both, will take a year to root in and establish then will shoot up and out. If you want to buy a big one to get a good headstart, I have had great plants from Charella Gardens (e.g. https://www.charellagardens.co.uk/large-prunus-hedging-plants-prunus-laurocerasus-2-metres/ not very MSE but they are big healthy plants. I bought the 80cm ones last winter and they're standing at about 100cm now after a decent prune). Now is a good time of year to plant!Of course it you have an unlimited budget something like a pleached photinia would be the dream, but now we're really left MSE-land and entering luxury-world! https://www.grasslands.co.uk/photinia-red-robin-pleached-standard-180cm-st-150x150cm.html. A deciduous pleached tree will give you decent screening in winter via its branches, but will let through more light if that's an issue!

A couple of hollies? (male and female if you want berries). Easy to keep to size, as they don't mind being cut back hard.
