CapitalOne Balance Transfers

Just been approved for a CapOne balance transfer card at 0% for 27 Months.
During the signup process I transferred balances from 2 cards (Vanquis and Lloyds).

I also have a balance on a PayPal Credit account which I would like to shift there. I have a Money Transfer option on the Vanquis Card that I can use (Once the BT to the CapOne card is done), but am unsure if I can make a second BT from the same card if that makes sense?
Guess I could have done the MT from Vanquis, then done the BT to CapOne all in one go… but hindsight is 20/20.
Any thoughts would be welcome.
