If they gave you documents and pictures that are your data , then it's unlikely that you can demand anything else

A SAR doesn't include the signs but if you are still at LBC stage, you can ask for a copy of the signs under the pre-action protocol (PAP) where the contractual terms (signage, in this case) must be provided.  Read the PAP for debt claims.
