Are you talking about the tiling inside the shower? Plasterboard is a very poor choice for backing, given that there are better materials such as tilebacker and cement boards.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

If it’s the shower area use a tanking kit straight on top of the plasterboard. Some of the kits come with corner tape and primer in with them.
I have used it plenty of times straight on to bare plasterboard. Once it has dried you tile straight on top of it. I would also use a powdered standard set adhesive not the premixed tubbed type.
And as someone else mentioned, use levelling clips it makes the job a lot easier

I got myself the MAPEI Shower Waterproof from BnQ and was not sure it that can be applied on non water resistance PB!?

it comes with the tape, some form of blue liquid and WPS.

the corner PB is not 100% straight and can do with a very very thin skim board of multifinish.

    if i do this:

do i skim over PB and then apply the waterproof or is it otherway around to apply waterproof and then skim over?

diluted PVA or Acrylic: seems to be a debate, some say yes and no.

Do I still need to use Acrylic Primer even if I apply waterproof and skim over?

Just use the stuff in the kit straight on top of the standard plasterboard. Don’t skim or use Pva. Look on YouTube on how to use it.
If some of the walls need building out, use thicker tile adhesive when fitting the tiles
