Agents been refunded by cruiseline but holding on to money for three months.

Norwegian cruiseline has cancelled my cruise due to Omicron. They refunded the agent, Planet Cruise, within 10 days. However, Planet Cruise has informed all passengers they will refund in 90 days. This is totally unacceptable so I have asked my credit card company to try to get my money back earlier. Has anyone else had this problem?

By all means try your credit card company but I suspect once the cc knows the cruise has only recently been cancelled and a refund is to be processed, they will suggest you wait and give PH reasonable time to action this.
