VOUCHER

Ordered Wednesday 15th of December a Turbo for my car with express...due to a postcode mistake made by the shipper it was delivered Wednesday 22nd of December. I took a day off...expecting Turbo should be on time...driving to the garage. Garage was fully booked...so I couldn't use the car during Christmas...now we have two Bank Holidays...Re-booked the garage for Wednesday 29th...hopefully it will be right part...driving the 30th to a booked cottage. So much stress and inconvenience and a lost PTO day. Complained...the shipper will refund the costs for express. Above this they offered me a Voucher of £ 15,- .Told them already that I'm not interested in this voucher, because they sell mainly engine parts. Voucher is valid for only 6 months and in the foreseeable future I won't order other parts. This issue might be a tricky one I'm afraid, but is it reasonable to ask (or demand) for a certain amount of money...?  I think I have no rights at all in this case and should be glad to have at least this voucher...but I try anyway. Thank you so much for reading !
