Hello
I hope that you can help me.
I hope that you can help me.
I purchased £260 worth of tests for a holiday to France which was cancelled by the travel agent 4 days prior to departure.
This was due to the change in rules that the French government recently implemented.
I have therefore been unable to use the tests which were sent to me by Randox. I have emailed them several times and phoned them but cannot get through.
Do I have a leg to stand on in terms of getting a refund for the unused and impose tests?
Many thanks in advance.
Phil

Probably not but nothing to stop you using them for a future holiday.0

There is a medical exemption in the DSRs, which Randox will likely rely on to not refund.
As above, you can use the tests for another holiday without issue.💙💛 💔0
