van finance deposit/payments return

hello everyone, what am i entitled to? i paid £400 deposit, paid 2 monthly installments at £320 each, the van was nothing but trouble from the word go. the garage agreed to take the van back and cancel the deal of which they did, and the finance company also agreed to cancel the agreement as well which yhey have. am i entitled to my deposit back or any of the monthly payments that i made to the finance company ? thank you very muck for any guidance, jim kerr.

Assuming the finance was in your personal name you may have some claim. What does the finance agreement say from Zopa?0
