Car Stolen from Euro Car Park - Birmingham

Hi all,
First time posting in a forum like this but after reading various threads, I felt it may be worth a post and getting some further advice. I have read through your FAQs so hopefully I am doing this correctly and within the correct thread (apologies if not).
I had my car stolen from a Euro Car Park in Birmingham back in September whilst I was undertaking my Med School exam, and noticed it was gone from the car park the next morning when I went to drive home.
I have done all the necessary pathways, and have been ‘paid out’ by my car insurance, but there was a significant amount of expensive gear in my car as I work for the Ambulance service and respond accordingly as a Paramedic so obviously I always have gear in my car. Unknown to the thieves at the time, but they got away with around £1-£2k worth of gear which I have slowly replaced. I was suspect of said car park at the time as it was an ANPR car park which has no barrier - should have listened to my instincts at the time but now wanting to see if I can take this any further to ensure that no one has the same issue again but also because I don’t think it is correct that the car parking company have no fault or blame - I solely believe that if they had a barrier on the car park entrance/exit - my car would still be here today.
Nonetheless, I have taken this through the ‘resolver’ forum directly to Euro Car Parks and no reply since September. I have escalated it to POPLA but again, not reply in the last few weeks (I have today emailed them directly) but unsure if they are even the correct people for this aspect and wanting to see if I am missing anything obvious that I can utilise or even any precedent that I may have missed or any due diligence.
Many thanks for your time
P.s worth noting the car has still not been recovered…

Why haven't you just reported the car as stolen to Euro Car Parks?
Give them the Crime Number.

@j1mtw1inksHave you received a formal car parking charge from ECP?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

They may even have an image of the person driving it out if the exit camera was at the right angle.
The way to get this dispute heard is not through POPLA. It would involve you suing ECP for the losses that insurance didn't cover. Not sure you'd win but worth a punt at MCOL and hope they fail to defend...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
