I made another OP this morning after getting some unexpected cashback. I've submitted another update form.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25
% of house owned/% of mortgage paid off. July 25 - 38.82%/31.66%

I have sent my update but a bit gutted it isn’t as much progress as I might have liked.
The ex is being an utter fudgestick so I am still stuck in the joint mortgage despite my sole one being approved 3 months ago.
Hoping it is all just delayed and not doomed and hopefully I can get myself in a position to go fierce and make up for this lost time. At least it is still heading in the right direction
onwards and downwards hopefully!
Total Debt May 21 £20,490.44 DEBT FREE DATE 29/7/22
Mortgage balance May 21 £177,096.19. Now £143,588.36
Mortgage free date. At start of sole mortgage = July 2042
2024 SAVINGS FOCUS - get rid of the car finance. £12,706.25 PAID OFF
2025 Savings Focus - 33.3/33.3/33.3 split; savings for house renovations (bathrooms/garden/kitchen; whichever collapses first), save for a family holiday (probably our last one!) and paydown/offset the mortgage. Total pot = £3275.881 -

Thought my username was T. x or was on old forum but now appears as T._x Was a member previous challenge, although circumstances including redundancy put me off track a bit. This time I'm going for a reduction in 2 mortgages, for the sake of reporting will keep as 1. Looking forward to it and this time will do better1 -
Thank you all so much for submitting your updates! Still giving everyone time to put theirs through today, and I'll post our first chart tomorrow4
