My Grandaughter was gifted a KCQ E scooter for Christmas.Unknown to me she set a password via her IPhone App.She now cannot remember the password as she did not write it down.She now has a scooter that she cannot unlock,I’ve tried to unlock it via the App with no luck.Where do we go from here please?

The fact that she now cannot use it might just save her life or someone else's

TBH whoever gifted it to her should have had more sense so it's probably the best thing to have happened. Just my opinion you understand

First point of contact i would ask the manufacturer if can factory reset .
