Bathroom light

You have all been so helpful about my dripping tap that I turn to you once again over my bathroom light. It was fitted in May 2020 and has stopped working.
Just need to get into the fitting and change the bulb I thought. Oh no, it’s some kind of LED matrix (?). I attach a photo of what I found. How on earth do I find a stockist of whatever it is I need to replace and how do I install it? I’m finding it hard enough to work out what to get in the way of ordinary bulbs for my lamps, so I suspect this one is way beyond me and I shall have to call the electrician who fitted it, but would like to be sure before incurring a call out charge.
so that no one needs to crane their necks to read the writing, it says FHC 4168 matrix 9x6.

Looks like a complete lamp change if is faulty ,does it not fit into a baynot fitting like a normal bulb1

I looked at your photos again and it looks like it is screwed to the ceiling where the two cut outs are in the LED panel1

The luminaire needs replaced by your Electrician. It's not salvageable. The lamp is not replaceable separately.1

I've got about 10 similar lamps and while the LED board can be replaced they're not designed to be and are not available as a replacement in the way that bulbs are. Its very likely the LED board is fine and the problem is elsewhere so replacing it wouldn't solve the problem. I'd question the electrician as to why its only lasted 18 months, they generally have an expected 30,000+ hours of use after which replacing the entire light would be acceptable. Its possible the lamp is fine and the problem is elsewhere such as the switch. If its this one there's a 3 year guarantee. https://www.screwfix.com/p/lap-amazon-led-bathroom-ceiling-light-white-16w-1200lm/10959#product_additional_details_container

The main reason for failure is that the parts used in the lamp are sourced from the cheapest supplier. If the unit lasts longer than the warranty, the manufacturer is happy. If you're good at electronics, then it should be repairable. But there's nothing the average consumer can do to fix it.If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.1 -
Apparently some of these lights have the LEDs in series, so the first one to fail kills the whole thing. Great.1
