I am due to got to Paris for new years but obviously can’t go due to restrictions
i cannot get through to eurostar but my trip has not been cancelled. I have completed the form but have not heard back

Because its a package I can’t just get a e voucher, which i would be happy to do, as it only covers the trains
Abta rules seem to suggest i should be due a refund but what do i do? do i cancel the trip and try get a refund later or get an e voucher for the trains and try sort the hotel later? I don’t know what to do
