Best Travel Insurance advice

Hi,
I'm looking for a good travel insurance company that due to the current climate will cover most things. Having researched I’ve noticed that most if not all travel companies do not cover for travelling if the FCDO advises against it or a lockdown. I want to find cover to cover an event I should be attending in another country that if I was told by my local government I couldn’t travel/or I caught Covid and the event was still taking place, I could claim back the money I would lose from not being able to attend the event.
Could anyone please help? Thank you.
