Victorian House - New bath, New shower or complete remodel
I have a Victorian
terraced house with bathroom done about 30 years ago and is rented out
There is a leak under bath causing some intermittent dampness to ceiling
below
I have been quoted £1445 plus VAT which includes
new bath and panel, new shower screen and fittings and attention to floor
boards/vinyl flooring
Quoted £3500 plus VAT for replacement of bath with
shower and base
Both quotes through landlords agents look rather
steep to me . can someone give an idea of what I should be expecting to
pay
Also can anyone recommend any reputable bathroom
people in Southend Area for possible remodelling of whole bathroom ?
Looking for a bit of help
Pics attached
Any assistance gratefully received
