We have been trying since mid-November to retrieve an e-voucher from this scheme. It was supposed to be delivered within 2 hours of redemption but was never received. Barclaycard site then had problems and we have been unable to track our voucher and there has been no response to numerous emails and telephone attempts.
Has anyone else experienced this and how did they resolve the problem?
