in Credit cards
Hi
I am wanting to ask has anyone had trouble downloading their cc statements from the Lloyd's app. I've tried for many months but nothing happens when I press the button to download. I have also checked my files on my phone but nothing there.
On the plus side I have increased my credit allowence from. 5k to 7.5k. Thought to cheeky try it even though probably wouldn't go near it but nice to know i have a higher credit facility than my other cards. I tend to use Lloyd's atm due to the 0 percent interest deal which I am trying to find out when it ends by downloading the pdf statements to keep myself in check.
Any help would be great thank you.

Works fine for me. It does not download into your downloads, you need to download it, click on the notification and open with a PDF reader then save a copy.

Mine also download without problem. Unlike molerat's response, mine do actually download - no need to open and save a copy. They save directly to the download folder in Windows.
Edited to add: I use the Chrome browser.0 -

The OP originally asked about the app so they wont be using windows on there phone so this wont work.
Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:2 -

Ah yes, sorry. Can't even blame a hangover. But like others, works perfectly well through the app too.dr_adidas01 said:

Look at the default app for PDFs plus check if your Lloyds app has access to file/storage enabled.1
